镇守西部边关的凉州刺史董卓带兵入境，名为保护皇帝，实为专断朝政忠臣义士对他很之入骨。
一天，司徒王允摆设酒席，招待大家。正喝着，往允痛哭起来。 “董卓残暴无道，国家命运危在旦夕，这可如何是好！”众人听了，也一弃痛哭流涕。
忽然，一个人笑起来：“你们这样哭，有什么用呢？“
大家朝说话的人看去，原来是骁骑校尉曹操。 曹操是汉朝名相曹惨的第二十四代孙，字孟啊满，胆量过人，机谋出众，人称他是“治世之能名，乱世之奸雄。”
曹操说：“我有一计。听说司徒大人有一口七宝刀，我想借来一用，以献刀为名，进相腐去杀董卓"
To protect the western areas of the liangZhou province the local government of DongZhuo raised a fearful hostto guard the borders. This may have been done in the name of protecting the emperor but was instead used to strengthen state power. The royal courtisans acting as righteous men hated the Emperor to his very bones.
One day, King SiTu organised a ceremonial banquette and invited everyone. While drinking the king started to cry his eyes out and sobbed “DongZhuo’s brutality may not have come, but the fate of the country faces a great danger! What should be done?!” Everybody was listening and they also began to cry their hearts out.
Suddenly a man stood up laughing, he scoffed: “you all have such ability to cry, but what is the use of tears?”
Everyone was aquainted with the image of the man speaking. At first he had be known as a brave junior officer in the cavalry, his name was CaoCao. His proper name was CaoCan the 24th grandson of that house, his written name was MengDe, and he had the nickname Aman. He had excelled through acts of bravery, was an outstanding strategist and people thought of him that “An orderly world needs an able leader, a disorderly one just takes a tyrant.”
CaoCao said “I have a plan. I heard from the King that everyone has a ceremonial sword, I will want to borrow one for a single use, to offer it as an honored gift and thus enter the court of DongZhuo, and once inside the heart of these buildings I intend to kill DongZhuo!”
