Three kingdoms - part 5

第二天，曹操怀藏七宝刀，进相腐向董卓献刀。他找借口开董卓的贴身侍卫吕布，举到就向董卓刺去，不料董卓从镜子里看见曹操在自己身后拔刀，猛的转身问：“你这是干什么！“ 曹操灵机一动，跪在地下： ”我有宝刀一把，特来献给丞相。“

曹操献七宝刀后，匆匆离去。董卓越想越不对，意识到曹操献刀是假，行刺是真，于是传令张贴布告，搜捕曹操。

曹操骑着快马逃离京城，过中牟县是被县令陈宫捉住。陈宫也痛恨董卓，见曹操如此侠义，就弃官和曹操一起逃亡。途径成皋这个地方时，两人投宿在曹操父亲的老朋友吕伯奢家里。

吕伯奢热情款待曹操和陈宫，并骑着马去西村的小酒馆买酒。

On the second day, CaoCao bound and hid the swords true purpose from DongZhuo and looked to speak to close bodyguard of DongZhuo, LuBu. He asked him to resign from the service of his master so as to tell him of his gift. He didn’t expect DongZhuo to notice him approach from behind, when DongZhuo said “What are you doing?” CaoCao had an idea! He quickly knelt and presented the sword saying “I have bought this ceremonial sword especially for the Prime Minister.”

Once the sword was presented CaoCao left quickly. DongZhuo felt a feeling slowly crawl into his mind, something was not right here. He thought the presentation by CacoCao was a ruse and that instead he had come to assasinate him. He oreder that notices be put up announcing the decree for CaoCao’s arrest.

CaoCao feld the capital on his horse. He seeked the home of ChenGong, and removed any notices he spotted on the way. This man also hated DongZhuo and with the knowledge that CaoCao had attempted such a heroic act he decided to abandon his home and join CaoCao’s flight from death.

In the picturesque highlands the two men were put up for the night at the family home of CaoCao’s old friend LuBo.

LuBo was extravagent in his enthusiastic and sincere response to the new arrivals, he quickly rode to a small bar to fetch some wine.
