ふまんだった

[Recently, I have not been okay. I found 3 people that I showed the apartment to. All of them wanted to move in February 1st. But, my landlord rejected all of them. All because he suddenly decided he didn't want anymore dogs in the building.] 

ここのところ、いまいちだったわ。部屋を見せるのに3人と会ったんだけど。みんな2月1日に引っ越したかったんだけど、大家が全部断っちゃたったのよ。

大家が突然、犬を建物の中にこれ以上入れないって決めたことが原因なんだけど。

大家ったら突然へだいあげたのよ。前は、たとえ二人で住んでいても50ドルだったのに、一人にしか住まわせないようにしたのよ。今は、ひとりで50ドル。これまでこんなことは聞いたことがなかった。（これまでこんなしうちはうけたことがなかった）。こんなお金、いったい誰が払うの？

I have a suspicious feeling that my landlord doesn't want me to find someone.

大家さんが私に、誰かを捜すことを望んでないんじゃないかって、疑問に思えてきたわ。

I've given up. On a good note, he's letting me cancel my lease. Tonight, I'm going to sign it. All that's left is to pay February's rent in order to finish the contract. (I didn't want to do that, but it can't be helped.)]

あきらめたの。気分良く始めるためにね、私のリースを（私が）拒否しったって彼に思わせたいの。今晩、その署名をするわ。契約を終了させるために、2月分借りる支払いをしなきゃいけないわ。（そんなことしたくないけど、しかたがないわね。）

You can say "全員 or みんな（皆）" instead of "全部の人")私のアパートに二月の一日にてんにゅうしたい。だけど大家さんはその人達をことわった。すべてのためにそれは全部、大家さんはがいきなり心を変えて(We don't usually say "心を変えて". You can say "考えを変えて")建物の中にでもう犬をのぞんでいない(=飼って欲しくない might be better) と述べたから。 (それは全部 ～ から。 = All because)

かれもはしんようちょうさのりょうきんも(= also suppose to be here because you want to talk about he raising the credit check fee.)引き上げた。まえに は＄５０で彼らは (You don't need to write "彼らは" in this paragraph.)二人のついてでアパートに住んでいる場合でも、一人のしんようちょうさだけをした。いまは、一人あたり$５０だったになった。(I use "になった" because it has changed.) 私は前にそのことを聞いたことがない。(I will(would?) say "そんな話聞いたことがない" if I want to say "I've never heard of that before.") 誰がそんなお金を払うの?

かれはしんようちょうさのりょうきんも引き上げた。まえは二人でアパートに住んでいる場合でも、＄５０で一人のしんようちょうさだけをした。いまは、一人あたり$５０になった。そんな話聞いたことがない。誰がそんなお金を払うの?

大家さんは私に誰かを見つけたくない見つけてほしくない ("見つけたくない" = "I don't want to". "見つけてほしくない" = "doesn't want me to") と思うっていると あやしい感じ疑っている。(In this case, you can say "疑っている" instead of "あやしい感じ".) 諦めている。(You can say "もう諦めている" or "もう諦めた". It's more natural and expressing(?) your feeling.)いい調子で(Or "調子よく") おおやさんはちんたい(ちんたい契約)をかいやくしてくれる。今晩 ("今晩" is very formal. You can say "今日の夜".)、それをに署名をするつもり。それまで、けいやくをおわらせる(= be finish the contract.)ために二月のやちんを払わなければならない。（それはしたくなかったそうしたくなかった。("そうしたくなかった。" is more natural.) でも、しょうがない)

→大家さんが突如方針を変えて、もうこの建物に犬を入れさせないと決めたのが全ての原因です。

（もうそのことは）諦めている。いい調子で幸いおおやさんはちんたい（契約）をかいやくしてくれる。今晩、（それを）署名をするつもり。

それまで残されたことは、けいやくをおわるらせるために二月のやちんを払わなければならないということだけです。
