First notebook entry: Introducing myself

Opiskelen suomea, (I am studying Finnish, as opposed to opetella - to practice + suomi is a language, Suomi is the country)

koska haluan työskennellä Suomessa ja ystävystyä /tehdä uusia ystäviä (make new friends). (With ystävystyä it also helps to state with what or whom you want to make friends with)

Minun äidinkieli on espanja ja esille (?) asun Cordobassa. (I live in Cordoba)

Nautin käsittelyssä (what word are you looking to use here?), elokuvista, televisiosta, puhua ystävilleni ystävieni kanssa puhumisesta, matkustamisesta ja tavata ihmisiä ihmisten tapaamisesta.

Note:

When you use the verb "nauttia", you conjugate it using the elative case (basically meaning "out of"). You enjoy something "out of" all these things - does that make sense?
