A Workout


I went to gym today. I haven't been to gym for one month. I really miss a hard workout. So I walked my dog as a warm-up, and then headed to gym.

My goal is to lose weight, and at the same time gain some muscle. I've learned that it is better to do weights first and cardio after, becasue afterburn effect is better this way. I did 3 sets of squats, 3 sets of cable rows, 3 sets of bicep/ tricep lifting and 3 sets of assisted chip-ups, all high reps with low weights. Then I did a brisk walk on treadmill for 30 mins.

I have only got 17 days left, but I need to lose 10 kg. My goal weight is 45 kg. Who can help me?! ORZ....

Oh btw, I saw a big guy did 35 kg bicep lifting each arm. I can only do 20 kg on two legs! XD
