Abolition of Death Penalty in Taiwan

Recently I have read several articles about death penalty in Taiwan. It's a dilemma here. Some people think Taiwan should stop executing criminals while some people against the abolition of death penalty.
There are many reasons for their opinions. However, is the death penalty really the best way we have? In my own experience as an example, my father was died due to a obvious medical negligence in China. The anesthetist ran away. At that time I didn't even care about it, because I only want my father to be alive again. And I also think it's a sad thing that the anesthetist has to carry this guilt to live forever. The real problem there is the system. Why the government would allow such a hospital and medical staff exist? Why they could just let that anesthetist run away and didn't help us more? Why that hospital can still run their business till now?
If we care more about the root of crimes, we will focus on the right angle of the problem and think of something to solve it. And if the problem can be solved, we won't have to face this kind of sad news every day.

Abolition of Death Penalty in Taiwan

Recently, I have read several articles about death penalty in Taiwan. It's is [You are writing a formal essay here] a dilemma here. Some people think Taiwan should stop executing criminals abolish capital punishment while some people others are against it the abolition of death penalty.

There are many reasons for their opinions. However, is the death penalty really the best way we to have? [In such essays, it is better to write in the neutral form to avoid accusation of being biased] In Take my own experience as an example, my father was died due to a obvious medical negligence of the anesthetist (This happened in China). The anesthetist He ran away. At that time I didn't did not even care much on this question about it, because I only wanted my father to be alive again. And I It is also think it's a sad thing that for the anesthetist who has to carry this living guilt to live forever. The real problem there is the system. Why did the government would allow such a thing to happen in the first place hospital and medical staff exist? Where are the safety guards and how can the Why they could just let that anesthetist disappear into the masses without accountability to us run away and didn't help us more? Why is that hospital can still run carry on their business as usual till now?

If we care more about seriously address the root of the problems crimes, we will focus on the right angle of the problem and think of something to solve it a solution can be achieved. And if the problem can be solved, we won't Then there will be no more tragedies of this sort happening have to face this kind of sad news every day everyday.

It does will lessen the magnitude of the problem but still it will surface from time to time.  Then some new problems will come into existence.  General Practice in medicine is dying in California.  This is due to the high premium of malpractice insuarance.  So everyone is specializing and getting ordinary medicare is either non-existent or that you have to pay an arm and a leg for a common cold to see a specialized nose doctor!  So we have to rely on common knowledge and seek over the counter medicine.
