It Snows Here  -   If this is a title, you will want to capitalize the first letter of each word.

It is snowing here today. Although the weather is very cold, everyone is prepareing for the Spring Festival and seems happy. However, it is a different scene in the hospital. 

This morning, we had a patient who passed away. At least, now she is free from any more suffering. A few patients were looking into taking an early dischange tomorrow, because? our big Festival is only in two days away. We will have no less than 10 patients who will have to spend their Spring Festival in my ward. It is sad for those who have to stay in the hospital during the Spring Festival.

I am thinking what we can do to make their Festival special...
