"have internet access", here it is a noun, and can be said 网络连接 or 网络接入。

上网 is a little different from 网络连接。let me say like this, "i dont have an id to get on" and "i dont have an id", "i do not have internet access to get online" and "i do not have internet access". what the first one concerns is "to get on", and the other one is "an id".
