Mein erstes Blatt / Mein erster Eintrag

Ich lerne Deutsch. Es ist jetzt (noch) nicht sehr gut jetzt aber ich versuche es.

"Noch nicht/Not yet" is the usual / natural expression for what you want to express.

"Jetzt nicht/not now" is not quite wrong but not natural and not quite right.

Modalparkitel (english?) are very tricky. Whithout the noch you imply that you wouldn´t improve your German or that you once spoke German better.

If you have any question, feel free to ask. (right expression?)

a.) Ich lerne Deutsch. Es ist noch nicht sehr gut, aber ich strenge mich an.

( = I'm learning german. It's not very good yet, but I'm trying.)

b.) Ich lerne Deutsch. Es ist noch nicht sehr gut, aber ich gebe mein Bestes.

( = I'm learning german.It's not very good yet, but I'm trying my best.)
