All About Grant (me)

The reason I wish to begin learning and gain a proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is because, ever since I had the opportunity to travel to the mainland of China, I have had a doubtless passion for language, culture, and history of the Chinese people. It is in my best interest to return to The People's Republic of China very soon.

I also am able to speak "everyday" German and Italian (I have lived in Germany for four months, and Italy as well for four months.

My native language is English. I was born and grew up in the United States of America. I enjoy traveling the world in the pursuit of learning and using the languages spoken by multi-differential cultured peoples of the world ! I also have a deep passion for playing baseball.

I do not understand why the box below will not let me change my notebook entry to English, for this is clearly not written in Chinese (mandarin). I only know a few phrases such as "Xie Xie", Ni Hao, Ni Hao Ma, and Wo Jiao Grant".
