I meant for 1) and 2) to have different meanings. (But I do like the different ways it can be said: 못 가는 것 같아요 = 못 가나 봐요)

1) I guess (I don't know for sure) she is busy, so she (definitely) can't go.
그녀는 바쁜가 봐요, 그래서 못가요. or
= 그녀는 바쁜것 같아요, 그래서 못가요.
It will sound bit odd when they're linked with "아/어/여서" in this context.
so I split them into two sentences and linked them with 그래서.

2) She is busy (I know for sure), so I guess (I assume) she can't go.
그녀는 바빠요, 그래서 못 가는 것 같아요.
= 그녀는 바빠요, 그래서 못 가나 봐요.

3) I meant to say "I am still hungry, but...".
Your correction: "배가 아직도 고팠지만..." = "I was hungry anymore, but..." - I don't understand why.
When talking about "a specific state" in Korean, sometimes the past tense will be more natural even if it's the present tense in English.
e.g.
he is dead, ☞ 그는 죽었다(=그는 죽은 상태에 있다.)

5) I am still trying to understand your correction: "I think that I will have to work overtime..." - is that right? yep!

You and Rach_US below have such different corrections, it gets confusing! :)

바쁜가본지 can be shortened to 바쁜지 (standard), or 바쁜가 (colloquial).

You don't have to repeat 그녀 in one sentence, unless you emphasize 그녀. i.e. He can go. But, she can't go becuase I guess she's is busy. (And he is not).

2) 그녀가 바빠서 그녀는 못 가나 봐요.

3) 배가 아직 고파프지만 다 밥이 하나도 없나 봐요.

There is no rice: 밥이 하나도 없다.

4) 아무도 없어서 영화를 보러 갔나 봐요.

5) 저는 더 돈을 벌어러 잔업하나 봐요.

I think "To work overtime" is "오버타임(을) 하다." I looked up the dictionary and overtime is indeed 잔업, but I've never heard the word, 잔업, for overtime before.

6) 그가 달리고 있었으니까 있는걸(있는 것을) 보니 그는 늦었나 봐요.

Are you trying to say, Seeing he's running, I guess he's late? i.e. Seeing she's crying, I guess she watched a sad movie. 그녀가 우는걸 보니 슬픈 영화를 봤나봐요.
