またもやパワハラです。

Today one of my bosses power harrassed my young colleague in order to fire him.

今日、上司の内の一人が若い同僚に彼を首にするためにパワハラを行った。

This is the second time I've seen it. It's a terrible situation that my boss has to punish him in front of other members in order to rob him of his pride.

これを見るのは二回目です。他のメンバーの前で、彼のプライドを奪うために彼をいじめるという、ひどい状況です。

Today, one of my bosses gave embarassed/shamed/humilated my young colleague to a with her power play before harassment in order to fire firing him. [Unlike over here, the boss can fire anyone without reason.  So she does not need this as an excuse.] This is the second time to for her to set as an example to keep others in line.  [This will be more of her real motive.  Chinese saying, kill the chicken to scare the monkey.  I should know!] see it. It's a terrible situation that she has to humilate  punish him in front of others members in order to rob his pride before letting the ax falls. [Just to make your essay more interesting.  Also another reason, she's a sadist in tearing down a man's pride for whatever inner reason she may have. Since this is Japan, if I were him, I would have slapped her in front of all and telling her, that no woman shall humilate me as thus. I am no mousy husband of hers. A face saving gesture on my part.  As usual, your stories are always so interesting.]
