Exams Syndrome

Definition: It is a group of symptoms that a human been would have during exams, marked by stress.

Interest: The gravity of the consequences on human's life, the major complication is fainting during the exam.

- Clinical studies.

- Symptoms: Anxiety, anorexia, vomiting, insomnia, tachycardia, depressing, shiver.

It depends on the sexe, and of the importance of the exam itself.

- Physical signs: tachycardia, high blood pressure,

- Complications: less concentration during the exams, fainting during it.

Treatements:

Preventif treatement:

- Take the exams seriously, they won't let you down ! - don't moan a lot!! -
- Smile, the exams would smile you back !
- Prepare for them, and work +++
- Don't tire yourself in an intensif way

Treatement:
- Confidence ++++
- Think positively, say you did all what you could, it is not the first exam you pass.
- Few days before exams, try not to think about the exams, think about what comes after exams.

Palliative Treatement:

- Don't over think, in the end it is not the first exams you'll pass.

( just before exams)

- Do things that make you feel relax - To me I pray -
- Don't talk a lot, be taciturn, to spare some energy
