Hazard Job Rate Set Pt 2

I`ve always wondered who benefits.
Some I know, like the maker and printer of the Berufsgenossenschaft magazine, which migrates unread in the garbage can.

But there must be a lot more beneficiaries to whom the occupational ill employees only belong in very rare cases.

The only cases an occupational ill employee gets money out of them are:

Accident an the way to or from work (detours, such as picking up the child from kindergarten, are not allowed and lead to loss of the entire insurance protection).
Something falls on someone, such as a crane. Or someone falls out of the crane.
Recognized occupational allergy (overemphasis on recognized).
Risk of suicide due to poor treatment at work.

I´ve never heard of any other case.

Since a few years all companies have also to pay for a provider of the legally required occupational health and safety services. You don't need them, you don't see them, but you pay them and fill out forms for them, needed for other regulations.

Is this something only Germany offers?

Hazard Job Rate Set Pt 2

I`ve always wondered who benefits from this bureaucracy.
Some of them I know, like the maker and printer of the Berufsgenossenschaft magazine, which migrates, unread, into the garbage can.

But there must be a lot more beneficiaries, of whom the employees actually injured or ill from their occupation are but small fraction.

The only cases where an occupational ill employee gets money out of them are:

An accident an the way to or from work (detours, such as picking up the child from kindergarten, are not allowed and lead to loss of the entire insurance protection).
Something falls on someone, such as a crane, or someone falls out of the crane.
Recognized occupational allergy (overemphasis on 'recognized').
Risk of suicide due to poor treatment at work.

I´ve never heard of any other case.

For a few years all companies also have to pay for a provider of the legally required occupational health and safety services. You don't need them, you don't see them, but you pay them and fill out forms for them, as required by other regulations.

[Wieder gut gemacht.  The U.S. has worker's compensation - money paid for disabilities received on the job.]
