(May I borrow your book?)

(Sure here you go)

(Thank you I will only borrow the book for a little while)

(That’s fine, you can keep it as I have many books)

(Really? That is so kind of you.)

(You are welcome have a good day.)

(You as well)

(May I borrow your book?)

(Sure here you go)

(Thank you I will only borrow the book for a little while)

(That’s fine, you can keep it as I have many books)

(Really? That is so kind of you.)

This expression is correct but not natural, I recommand '아니에요')  , 좋은 하루 되세요. (You are welcome have a good day.)

(You as well)

(You as well)

this is some awkward situation when you don't know his/her name even for Koreans.

'씨' can be only used with names before it.

Like, 문준씨 (my first name is 문준^^) or 제롬씨 (your name in Korean)

    So, you can say

"너도!" when you two are friendly and he/she is in the same age with you or younger than yuo

or "당신도요!" but we don't say like this much. It could be heard rude...

    or "그쪽도요!"

or "선생님도요!". 선생님 means teacher, but some people normally call a person 선생님 when they don't know how to call anyway.

(-> what did you want to say exactly?)
