what a rough day! I just knew my final score T_T

I just checked out my final score about 30 minutes ago; I've failed two exams......I think I will would get a warning to of drop out of school in the next semester ("I think I will be put on academic probation next semester"). Some people have told me that how important it is to get a diploma, while some others have also told me that it's no big deal to not have a degree if you don't have such a diploma as soon as long as you have the ability to handle your work. However, But I'm still wondering if is it true that most employers judge a employee only by his diploma?

 
Not in all cases, but if your competition is against someone who can also handle their work, but has a degree...the ball will usually fall in the other person's favor.
