Mahjong and English are hard to learn

If you like Chinese culture and have some Chinese friends, you should ask them teach you how to play Mahjong. Yesterday was Valentine's Day, those of us who are single spend our leisure time to playing this game at night. I am a beginner and beginners always have good fortune. This is a really funny (Funny means humorous. Do you mean fun?) gambling game, but you can't be addicted to this. The rules are not the same in each place, but I know the Cantonese's rules are the easiest in China. Some non-Chinese were say that Mahjong is hard to learn with Chinese, but in my eyes, both of Mahjong and English are difficult to learn and master.

Many relatives were visited my house (or, "...relatives were visiting...") and had lunch with my family yesterday. I found my Cantonese is the worst in my clan. My aunt's Cantonese is the best. I have to say that Cantonese always is more popular than Mandarin in the world. My Irish friend who mastered five languages said some campanies are willing to hire people who can speak Cantonese in Britain. Because some foreign companies want to do business with Hong Kong companies. Really?

Dawn is coming soon, I am still not feeling sleepy yet. The biological clock (This term has a specific meaning in American English. It is when a woman approaches her forties and doesn't have children yet, it is said her biological clock is ticking, meaning she has little time left.) is off. Whatever, I shall go to write my thesis about the past, present and future of Hainan's opera. Combined with the perspective of ethnology, drama and sociology to elaborate how to protect and develop this Spiritual Heritage.

I wasn't sure what but you can't be addicted into this meant, but possibly it should be "but you can be addicted by it" where it means Mahjong.

My Chinese linguist friend here says that the Chinese who can speak both Mandarin and Cantonese are mostly native Cantonese speakers first.

I believe that the major economic zone is in a Cantonese speaking area so as a trilingual person, I am sure that some foreign company would be very interested in meeting you.
