my english is bad, but I'll try.

僕の4猫より犬早いである(my 4 cats is fast then dogs)

僕の四匹の猫は犬より早く走る（My 4 cats run faster than dogs）

彼のパソコンは僕のパソコンより早いではない(my computer is fast then his compute)

彼のパソコンは僕のパソコンより早く動かない(His computer is not faster than mine)

I don't know if "is" is ok in this case.

僕は学生であった(I was a student)
僕は学生ではなかった(I was not a student)
彼は学生ではない(He is not a student)

最後の三つの文はOKです！よくできました！(^_^)
