First notebook entry: Introducing myself

i enjoy to play videogames, listen to music, play soccer, im enggenier and im learning english!

So instead you would say

I enjoy playing video games, listening to music, playing soccer, I'm an Engineer and I'm learning English!

Conjugating the verbs with an -ing ending makes it grammatically correct. Otherwise super job!
