 完全に狂った人

Although I am afraid to lose this temporary job of mine, we resigned at the same time yesterday. Our bosses are absolutely crazy. In fact, we had to separate them in order for us to keep a distance away from them. Our boss went to one employee's home this morning and shouted loudly in front of the door. She called me in a frightened voice. I advised her to call the police but she didn't. 

On the other hand, my younger colleague recorded our boss' abusive and unprofessional behaviour by using a digital recorder.

一方で、若き仲間は、上司の虐待的で職業倫理に反する行動をデジタルレコーダーを使って録音した。

Later, he warned him that he will use this as evidence against him at the Labour Standards Bureau.

そして、彼はこれを労働基準局で証拠として使うと警告した。

This stopped them short and they calmed down considerably.

これは彼らを思いとどまらせ、熟慮深く落ち着かせた。

No use crying over spilt milk.

覆水盆に返らず。

 Although "A cornered dog will bite" had happened, we have to look for new jobs in the mean time. We don't want to waste our time here anymore.

「追い詰められた犬は噛みつく」が起こったけれど、とりあえず私たちは新しい仕事を探さなければならない。私たちはこれ以上、ここで私たちの時間を無駄にしたくない。

You should really turn this into a Japanese drama.  Quite exciting!

これを日本のドラマに変えなって、本当に。ワクワクするなあ！

Absolutely Crazy

完全に狂っている

Although I was afraid to lose my temporary job, we quit our office at the same time yesterday.

一時的な職を失うことは心配だったけれど、昨日、私たちは事務所を同時に辞めました。

Our bosses were absolutely crazy, in fact.

事実私たちの上司は完全に狂っていました。

We just wanted to separate from them in order to keep a distance.

私たちはただ、距離を取るために、彼らから離れたいのです。

Our boss went to one of our officer's house this morning and shouted loudly in front of her door.

上司は今朝、事務員の家に行き、ドアの前で大声で叫びました。

When I called her, she is afraid with a scared voice, so I told her to call the police, but she didn't do it.

彼女に電話をしたとき、彼女はおそれを抱いた声で心配していましたので、警察に電話したらと言いましたが、彼女はそうしませんでした。

On another hand my younger colleague recorded our bosses' power play talk via an IC recorder.

一方、若い仲間は上司のパワハラの話をICレコーダーに録音しました。

And he told our boss that he would go to the Labour Standards Bureau.

そして、上司に労働基準局に行くと告げました。

After that, they stopped being mad.

その後、彼らは狂うのを止めました。

This is already the affair, but it's not any trouble.

これはすでに、どんなトラブルでもなく、すでに事件です。

Although it's "The cornered mouse attacking the cat", we have to find our new jobs in the meantime.

「窮鼠猫を噛む」ですが、私たちはとりあえず新しい仕事を探さなければなりません。

We don't want to waste our time at all.

これ以上、時間を無駄にしたくないのです。

And Later, he told our boss warned him that he will use this as evidence against him at the go to Labour Standards Bureau. This stopped them short and they calmed down considerably. After that, they stop to mad. This is already the affair, not trouble. No use crying over spilt milk.  Although it's "The cornered mouse attacking the cat" [The English version, "A cornered dog will bite", or "Don't force a dog into a dead end alley"] had happened, we have to find our look for new jobs in the mean time. We don't want to waste our time here anymore. at all.

You should really turn this into a Japanese drama.  Quite exciting!
