It began on Chinese New Year on 10 FEB ("It begain on February 10th, the first day of the Chinese New Year." This construction gives the reader a bit more mood and creates interest in the introduction of your story.) I found I couldn't sleep, even in the middle of the night. (Is this what you were trying to say?)
SO this time, I got out of bed.
My eyes wanted to close, but my mind was too excited (about the holiday).
Now my Chinese New Year holiday will end in 2 days.
I will hard work to achieve my goals for the new year. (Is this what you want to say?)

It began the Chinese New Year on 10 FEB, I found I couldn't sleep even in after (the preposition would be at if you meant precisely 12:00) midnight.
SO this time i got out of bed.
My eyes want to close,but my brain is exciting excited (better is 'racing' - excited, exciting two adjectival forms derived from the verb 'to excite' present participle and past participle - cause and result). 
My Chinese New Year holiday will end in 2 days.
I will hard work hard (word order for adverb) to achieve my aim.
