I like to watch sitcoms in English, such as King of Queens. One of the reasons [or you can just say "one reason is that”. That sounds very natural.＾－＾] is that they are more understandable for me [this is right, but "easier for me to understand" sounds better], because they speak with lots of jestures and act in an exaggerated way. Another things is that I can obsereve American culture. That is really helpful in learning English. I get new vocabulary in terms of religions, food, ceremonies, etc. Of course, I cannot understand everything they are talking about, and sometimes I get frustrated. I would feel like saying "please slow down your English!". [この部分はいいですよ！But something like "Please, slow down with the English!" or even "Please, a little slower on the English!" sounds very American. ^_^]

This is awesome!　誤まりを見つけることが難しいですよ。Isn't learning languages with TV great? It really makes your English sound so natural.

I would feel like saying "please slow down your English!".

When you wrote "One of the reasons I like to do this is because they are more understandable to me," you must write write what they are more understandable than. More, in this context, is comparing two things. For example "One of the reasons I like to do this is because they are more understandable to me than, English documentaries because they speak using lots of gestures and act in an exaggerated way."
