I am very yellow-bellied,so she want to help me overcome it in this evening. She wanna scare me.But she telled me about her idea.I am very fearful,so I don't respond her.Than she is angry,so she don't respond me.

Avoid the use of wanna - it sounds like an English word but is really from running together the words want and to so it sounds like wanna. But there is no such word.
There is a term yellow bellied but it is not the correct word here - I substituted fearful but you could use a variety of other words and terms such as timid, nervous, very easily scared. It depends on the situation.
the use of the word telled instead of told is a good sign. It means that you are applying a regular language rule "add -ed to a verb to make it past tense" so you are internalizing some of the rules of the English language.
In this case, you thought the past tense of tell was telled. However the verb "to tell" is one of the irregular verbs in English and its past tense is told.
I said that it was a good sign as native English speakers go through this phase as they learn to speak.
In regards to your friend, I have doubts about her sincerity. If she knows how fearful you are, she should not be trying to scare you. A true friend would not be angry that and not speaking
to you as a result. So I don't think that you are at fault.
