Where can I apply the foreign language?

In which domain can a person who is specialized in foreign languages can apply his/her knowledge? (Except school)

If you know more than one language you can help more people. For example, here in the U.S. there are a lot of Spanish speakers, so doctors' offices have to employ people who speak both English and Spanish.

You can also work as a translator if you know more than one language.

There will always be a need for people who are multi-lingual! :D

[Good question.  You can be an official translator, but these jobs are scarce.  However, if you combine knowledge of a foreign language with some other skill, especially in business, knowing a foreign language can be quite helpful, especially if he business is international (which many are these days) and you are doing business with companies where that foreign language is the mother tongue.]
