Ik ben Japanse, ik spreek Japans, Engels en Hongaars. Although possible I would make use of "and" to seperate the two sentences. Furthermore, it sounds more natural to say I can speak instead of I speak. So like this:
Ik ben Japanse, en ik kan spreek Japans, Engels en Hongaars spreken.
In vorige zomer heb ik gestudeerd in België, voor 1 maand. In is wrong. Just think of the English variant: "Last summer I studied...". You also need a so-called "trema" on the e in België Furthermore, making one complete sentence out of this and changing the word order a little bit would make it sound more natural:
Vorige zomer heb ik voor 1 maand in België gestudeerd.
Ik houd van bier, vooral van kers-smaak fruitbier!! Adding "van" in the second part makes it sound a little bit more natural.
