First notebook entry: Introducing myself

So this is my first notebook entry on italki (hope that there'll be more).

Well: I started learning English approx. 9 years ago in school. Because it was one of my favourite subjects I've chosen it as my A-level-course.
A class trip to London was the reason why I decided to work in the UK between the end of school and the beginning of my study. I love the people in London!

My native language is German - so if you have any questions concerning German language feel free to contact me.

Something about me: I'm 19 years old and really interested in politics. I engage myself in the youth organization of the Green party in Germany.
I also enjoy reading books, chatting with people from all over the globe and other stuff that is not coming to my mind at the moment.
