你好！你好吗？我的中国名字是尹扬，我学汉语学了两年了，很想交中国朋友。

"你好吗？" is not a normal greeting to strangers.

and here two “你好”greetings should only be kept by one.

你好！== hello!

"你好吗？" == are you OK? / are you all right?
