שלום! אני מדבר אנגלית וקצת עברית אבל אני יכול באמת לשפר אותה. אני יכול גם ללמד אותכם אנגלית. תודה!

Hebrew - עברית

But - אבל

"אולם" is technically correct, but it's a "haute" word. "אבל" is the better option 99% of the time (pr. "Aval").

I can - אני יכול

"I can" is an implication. In Hebrew, you'd rather use:

I want / I'd like - אני רוצה.

Improve HER - לשפר אותה

In English, Hebrew is an "it". In Hebrew, עברית is a "she". All languages are feminine in Hebrew.

I can also teach you English - אני יכול גם ללמד (אתכם) אנגלית.

That's a sentence in the present tense - No need to futurize it. In this case, the translation is as direct as it gets.
