1  I guess you want to express such meaning: hello Chinese, whom I am learning from.

but in Chinese we do not set a long attribute clause before a noun.

2  You should say you are learning Chinese language instead of learning from Chinese people.

3  It need some time for me to learn Chinese. this can also write as "I need some time to ......". Chinese people will think in this way. you should not change the subject too quickly.
