Help me,please...How can I improve on it???

The first step of this research work will be the collection of all the useful and helpful materials that it can be found in Italy and in every part of the world (e.g. there many PhD thesis from many universities that can be considered to increase the preciseness and the accuracy of this research). A great contribution to this collection is the Marcovaldo Foundation which through its website and its archives is the most important source to be taken into account. Similarly, I found information about a lot of conferences that this foundation organize to discuss about Marcovaldo’s works and about his relationship with other authors or about several topics that could give new stimuli and evidences for my research, enhancing my knowledge about the theme and making me reflecting in a critical way about my work and the instruments I chose to use.
The second step of this proposal will be the comparison between Marcovaldo’s works and the features of the Italian linguistics. At this point, I’ll start to analyses the lexicon, the syntax and every linguistics structures in the light of several linguistic theories. This comparison won’t take into account only the Italian grammar, philology and linguistics, but also the general theories of linguistics. For example, during my studies at university, I wrote a thesis about the rule of the creative metaphors in the book of Heinrich Böll "Group Portray with Lady" using the theory of metaphor by George Lakoff and Mark Johnson , finding in this way interesting results and innovations.
If according to Umberto Eco a thesis is like a toll road with a start, an end and several entrances, those entrances will surely be the activities in which I’ll take part at the university and the knowledge I’ll acquire thanks to the professors and the cooperation with other students.
