To improve English level

I've graduated for three years,which means I havn't studied English for three years.It's difficult for me to express myself in English.When I watch the foreign movies,sometimes I don't know what are they talking about.My English is so poor,especially the spoken English,I want to improve it, so ,I come here and hope to get hple.
