My dream job. (love job is not a collocation in English. Dream job means ideal job)

Recently I find my dream job at last. I'm a software tester. Maybe some people would say it is quite simple and boring, but I really enjoy of my job! Every week we have a call with clients from the USA. But I hardly understand them. If we use written communication it is not difficult for me, but I am very afraid of speaking. And I am always afraid I won't understand what they are saying ask me about. Please, help me learninh English.
