나는 배고파 is this right?

I'm confused about using 나는 and 나, I read somewhere that you should only use 'I' when speaking to someone younger than yourself?

    My Opinion,
    1) "나는 패고파" is correct.

    2) The pronoun '나' can be a subject, object or topic in a sentence with proper particles like 은/는, 이/가, 을/를, and be a predicate with the copula verb '-이다'.
    e.g.
    (as a topic) / 내가(as a subject) not 나가 / 나(as an object) / 나(이)다(as a predicate) / 나(possessive), etc.

    3) '나' is usually used (instead of '저')
    1. when talking to someone who is younger than you
    2. when someone allowed you to use '반말'
    3. when talking to close friends who are same age as you
    4. when talking to someone to show intimacy
