People tend to implement any order given by leaders immediately and take it for granted that what leaders decided are right. Some even go too far in doing so, taking the view that the more prompt orders executed the best, in a way to show respect to the leaders.
However, a speedy action may sometimes lead to a reverse effect if the instructions have not been given some thought. And if the order turns out to be a wrong desicion, the one who implemented it, but the one who issued it will be blamed.
So, I would suggest think the order over quickly before put it into practice, and ask for further clarification if there are details that you are not sure and which might result in undesirable consequence.
