中英文对照， any mistakes for my translation?

The abovementioned documents must be written in Chinese (except （2）、（3）of item 5 and （2）、（3）of item 6); documents listed in item 2, 3 and 4 can submit an English version which is agreed by all the investors. The English verision shall attach with an Chinese version (investor can translate the document by itself, and then seal and sign it; If the investor entrust the domestic legal tranlstion company or agency, it shall attach the registraion certificate of the translation company or agency.)
前列文件必须用中文书写（第5项和第6项中（2）、（3）所列文件除外）；第2项、第3项、第4项所列文件可以同时报送投资各方商定的一种外文本。外文材料应当附中文译文（投资者可自行翻译并签字盖章加以确认；委托境内合法的翻译公司、机构翻译的，应附翻译公司、机构的注册登记证明）
