私は雨をがすきです。
The rain is beautiful but, here it always rains.  
雨はきれいです、でも、ここにではずっと雨です。

("It seems to rain everyday!" まいにち 雨がふっているみたいです。ふっているようです。まいにち雨だと思われます。まいにち雨がふっているようにおもいます。we have varios translations.)

I want some sunshine!
私は日光をしたい。the direct translation is 私は日光がほしい, but it's a bit weird. 

I think 晴れてほしい！, 晴れの日が好き！, 良い天気になってほしい！are natural.

Everyday is rainy in Vancouver!
Vancouver(バンクーバー)にではまいにち雨です！HAHA

In the summer though, Vancouver is lovely. Sunshine, and lots of outdoor activities to do. :)
