John always traveleds a lot. In fact, he was only two years old when he first flew to the US. His mother was is Italian and his father was is American. John was born in France, but his parents met in Cologne, Germany after they have had lived there for five years. They met one day while John's father was reading a book in the library and his mother sat down beside him. Anyway, John has is used to traveld a lot because his parents are also traveled a lot.

As a matter of fact, John is visiting his parents in France at the moment. He lives in NY now, but has been visiting his parents for the past few weeks. He really enjoys living in NY, but he oalso loves coming to visit his parents at least once a year.

1. It shall be a present simple tense as still things are going on and continue.

2. Mother and father will be in present as they was and always be.

[1]  I suggest using the present perfect tense [has traveled] because we are told that John still travels up to the present moment.  The perfect tense creates a feeling that what John started to do in the past (traveling) continues to be important up to the present time.

[2]  I suggest you use the past perfect [had lived], a tense which is used when one event happened before another event.
