Does my British friend suffer???

I have a friend from the UK who I see regularly once a week after work. As I said in my previous entries, I have difficulties understanding her very strong accent. I always ask her to speak slower to be able to catch the meaning of what she says. I have to concentrate a lot to follow her stories. I feel dull and confused sometimes, especially when my friend asks me a question suddenly and I have to say something quickly.

Luckily, she always wants to see me the next week again. I guess that it means that she enjoys spending time with me and she does not suffer every much from being with me. If she does, she surprisingly wants to suffer in a week again.

PS: Sometimes I feel like the man in the picture. :)

As always a superb text. Just a couple of changes that might improve your already excellent written English.
