Where would you go if you could travel back in time?
I was thinking of a topic to talk about, and out of nothing a question came to my mind:
Where would I go if I could travel back in time. There were many options, and I finally chose an historic moment in time wich is the time when Spanish conqueros came to central america and met our ancestors. I would like to see that clash of cultures and its consequences. Other place to go would be Egypt; I would finally solve the mystery of the pyramids and the sphinx.
I was curious and searched the internet for other answers, many people chose ancient places like Rome, Greece, etc. Other expressed their altruism chosing to save other's lives for example preventing a war or a disaster; others were very smart chosing to go back three years back and win the lottery three years in a row because they already know the winner numbers.
Well, I think that's enough for two minutes. At least they will also think of an answer.

Next saturday I have to go in front of the class and I have to speak for two minutes about any topic; that's what the teacher asked us to do before we can sit and start the english lessons.

Good job! The items in blue offer an alternate, perhaps more natural way to say what you wanted.
