To become more flexible you should stretch all your body at least three times a week. Start with the hamstrings, they are the most tight muscle in your body. A good way to stretch your hamstrings is opening your legs in an isometric position, put your feet at the same distance from each other and low your back with your head raise. Reach the lowest position which you can with your back then grab your ankles and stay there for sixty seconds. Always do some warm up before stretching.
