What can we do in a foreign teacher's class?

Our foreigh teacher asked us what we want to do in his class. He wanted us to make some suggestions. However, I just can't find any interesting ideas. The things like traveling, holiday, custom have been suggested. So, what else can we do in the foreign class? Please help me.
