i spent my day  with my grandmother who's in her illness bed and that broke my heart. the  medical service is so poor iat this hospital. I wish I could do something for her but there is nothing to do. I just keep praying to god for her.

I spent my day visiting my grandmother in her sickbed, and that broke my heart.  The medical service  is so bad in this hospital. I hope I can do something for her, but there is nothing that can be done.  I just keep praying to a God for her.
