両方とも意味が通じないのですが、もしかして選択肢を書き間違えていませんか？

「のり子さん、おいしいケーキが焼いていますよ」

→「のり子さん、おいしいケーキが焼いてありますよ」もうケーキが作ってあるという意味です。

「のり子さんは、おいしいケーキが焼いてありますよ」

→「のり子さんは、おいしいケーキを焼いていますよ」今のり子さんがケーキを焼いているという意味です。これが正解のように思えますが、どうでしょうか。

JLPT練習本から勉強しているとこの文はあまり分からない

ぼくは　「のり子さん、おいしいケーキが焼いていますよ」を選んだが

「のり子さんは、おいしいケーキが焼いてありますよ」は正しい答えだった

どうしてですか？

I don't think both of those Japanese sentenes are gramatically correct.

「のり子さん、おいしいケーキが焼けていますよ」　'' Noriko, a delicious cake is being baked. ( or it may sometimes mean, '' Noriko, a delicious cake has ( already ) been baked. '' )

「のり子さんは、美味しいケーキを焼いています。」　'' Miss Noriko is baking a delicious cake. ''

The sentences mentioned-above sound natural to me.

For your information, 「JLPTの練習本で勉強していると、この問題があったが、この問題の文章の意味が分からない。」 ( while I was working on a Japanese drill book for JLPT, I found this exercise in the book, but I don't understand the meanings of those sentences in the exercise. ) sounds more natural.
