The phrase can be used as a question when seeing somebody again. The rough translation is as follows:
"(After that [time]), have things changed?"
Also be careful to remember proper Japanese and not Roumaji spelling. It is "konnichiha" and not "konichiha". "Arigatou" not "arigato"
