A student hasn’t received his grade report from last quarter yet but his friends have already received theirs. For this problem, he consults with a university employee. Employee considers 2 ways which cause this problem bring up, wrong home address and be absent for even one exam. But the student doesn’t have these problems and the employee look his grade up in the computer system to find what the problem is.
