i think this is title, isn't it?? In korean, i think we don't usually write whole sentence in title. if you want this title to become more natural, i think you'd better not use verb in title. this is what i correct: 나우아틀어로 말하는 친구
저는 어제 친구를 만났어요. 이 친구는 멕시코에서 있어요 그리고 나우아틀어(語)로 말해요. 저는 나우아틀어를 책으로 공부했어요, 그래서 조금 말할 수 있어요. 친구는 (->저를) 진짜 도와요(->도와줘요). 만약 많이 훈련하면(->연습하면), 말할 수 있을 거예요(->말할 수 있을 거에요).
it is more natural to practice language more than to train language
and "돕다" this verb needs object
