Have a good mood

In life , incidentially we run into various emotions adverse to our mental and physical health ,such as envy,grief,frustration and etc. .Interfered by minor irritations,I fail to stay foused almost for a month .My mind is cluttered with all kinds of jumbled thoughs which causes speeded-up heartbeat and virtual nervous breakdown .Harmful as I know it is ,I just could not restrain it .Maybe you will say it is a good way surpressing it,but what if it brings up nervous meltdown ?
So far the most effective way I suppose is believing in myself ,not to dare failure and always looking on the bright side.Perhaps a good mood will be reachable .
