When you start a new job you first have to prove yourself. I'm sure the line leader will recognize your qualities very soon. Demonstrate that you are making an effort and study very hard. Perhaps one of your co-workers can help you practice English. Practice speaking English every day. Watch English TV and repeat phrases loud. I hope this will help, and don't be discouraged if you have a bad day!

Stay positive! Smile and be friendly at work regardless of any language barrier :) Language can only be improved through practice. Try listening to English recordings or videos online and set time aside to practice speaking as well - even if it's just to yourself!
