1º - "Aprender" it's learn something. "Receber" is when you receive something (can be news, letters, etc.).

2º - "Noticia" is a female word. It's very complicated differentiate words male or female. A clue to differentiate: female words almost always end with the letter "a" (notice I said almost, because there are many exceptions in Portuguese). I say all that, because articles (uma, um, os, as, a, o...) need consent with the subject or the verb. In this case, "noticia muito boa" is female, so your use "uma" female of "um".

É oficial, estou indo ao Brasil! :)

Eu vou ao Brasil em janeiro 2014, então ainda eu tenho muito tempo onde eu posso aprender português. Eu estou tão animada por esta oportunidade, não tenho as palavras descrever como eu me sinto. Óbviamente eu vou ainda ter um sotaque forte, mas tudo bem. Eventualmente, com pratica, eu vou corrigir.

3º - "Onde" which can be used as where. The best word in this case is "para" (in this case, "para" isn't of the verb "parar", but is a word to give a explain).

4º - Here you use the right article (in female and all this stuff), however, in this case, you don't need use this. I marked with green color, because it's a light mistake (include, a lot of brazilians wrong this when talking)

5º - Again, it's not wrong, but the real right way to talk is: "Agora eu tenho que tabalhar e estudar ainda mais". In the other words, you don't need repeat "mais", all you need is put the verbs before the superlative.

6º - The word "trabalhar" means work, like, job. In this case, "estudar" (studying) is better. By the way, reading again this text, instead of "trabalhar" make more sense use "esforçar" (that word means  give all of you for complete a task).

7º - "Falo" is present. The right way to use this verb is "falar", because you saying that you will going talk, so still don't happened, but will.

O Brasil está nos meus sonhos e eu vou conhecer logo...tão maravilha :)
Eu sabia que eu poderia encontrar um jeito ir aí!

8º - Que maravilha! "Tão" only be used in another conjugation of the verb "maravilhar" that would be "maravilhoso". So "tão maravilhoso!" 're right. Or "que maravilha!" (The last option fits better in your sentence)

Hope this helps.
