Korean Food

I just ate these Korean Foods last night kwahahaha (Bibimbap, Japchae and my forever favorite Kimchi) [Japchae is hard to eat because ... sorry for the term that I will use to describe it, hahaha it's like a bubble gum, it's hard to chew I swear! but it's delicious] I'm just wondering.. Why most of the Korean foods are presented in colorful way? I mean it's like, it's full of different colors of veggies and also what other Korean food can you suggest me to eat ahhmm like spicy food but not too spicy.
